廣西滑枕銑床電源的常見故障及抗干擾措施

由于我國工業用電電網電壓波動較大,由此造成廣西滑枕銑床數控系統(tong)電源部分故(gu)障(zhang)頻率(lv)較高,修理時應(ying)足夠地重視(shi)起來。電源是電路(lu)(lu)板的(de)能源供應(ying)部分,電源不正常(chang),電路(lu)(lu)板的(de)工作必然(ran)異常(chang)。

  一、開關(guan)電源常見(jian)的(de)故障(zhang) 



  1、熔(rong)絲熔(rong)斷 



  如(ru)果(guo)燒斷時(shi)保(bao)險管發黑(hei)有斑點,說(shuo)明線(xian)路有嚴重短路,它是由(you)于高(gao)壓濾(lv)波電容擊(ji)穿,整流(liu)管擊(ji)穿等明顯故障原因引起。如(ru)果(guo)保(bao)險管不黑(hei),屬慢慢熔斷,可進行靜態測量。一(yi)般是半橋(qiao)中的一(yi)個開關(guan)管擊(ji)穿或不良。 



  2、熔絲不(bu)斷,輸出(chu)無電(dian)壓 



  這種情況先檢查有無(wu)300V直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓。如(ru)果(guo)沒有,故障發生在逆變(bian)之前;如(ru)果(guo)有300V高壓而(er)無(wu)輸(shu)(shu)出,這時(shi)可用示(shi)波器檢查開關管集(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極有無(wu)20kHz波形。如(ru)果(guo)開關管被(bei)擊穿(chuan)或(huo)沒有振(zhen)起。高頻變(bian)壓器開路均可造成逆變(bian)停(ting)止。另外,逆變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器正常但被(bei)后級的過流或(huo)過壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路動作而(er)保護(hu),使輸(shu)(shu)出無(wu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓。如(ru)果(guo)12V檔主輸(shu)(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源輸(shu)(shu)出空(kong)載(zai),就會引起過保護(hu)而(er)使輸(shu)(shu)出無(wu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓。 



  3、電源輸出電壓不準 



  一(yi)般情況下,數(shu)控系統各(ge)檔穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)直流電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)允(yun)許(xu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)范圍(wei)為額定值(zhi)的(de)(de)±5%之(zhi)內(nei),如果超此范圍(wei),可(ke)(ke)調(diao)整電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)調(diao)節電(dian)位器(qi)(qi)。將(jiang)主(zhu)輸出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)檔調(diao)至(zhi)標(biao)準值(zhi)。如果不能(neng)調(diao)至(zhi)標(biao)準值(zhi),可(ke)(ke)能(neng)是(shi)電(dian)位器(qi)(qi)壞了(le)或穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)壞了(le)。如果只有某一(yi)檔電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)偏離較大(da),則很可(ke)(ke)能(neng)是(shi)該(gai)檔整流二(er)極(ji)管(guan)損壞,要盡(jin)可(ke)(ke)能(neng)調(diao)換同型(xing)號的(de)(de)二(er)極(ji)管(guan)。有時開關電(dian)源(yuan)的(de)(de)負載能(neng)力差(cha),也會使輸出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降低過大(da),這可(ke)(ke)能(neng)因參數(shu)變化(hua)使電(dian)路工作點偏離線(xian)性區(qu)域,如放大(da)環節增益降低,檢測電(dian)路處(chu)于非線(xian)性狀態等(deng)。 



  4、開關電(dian)源(yuan)發(fa)出重(zhong)復地特(te)殊響聲 



  這(zhe)通常是工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)頻(pin)率過低所造(zao)成,可用示波器檢測脈沖寬度調制器,正(zheng)常工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)時將近20kHz左(zuo)右。如定(ding)時回路電(dian)容(rong)器容(rong)量(liang)變大,也(ye)會引(yin)起(qi)振蕩(dang)頻(pin)率過低,使電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)產生特殊(shu)的(de)重復的(de)響(xiang)聲。使開關電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)不能正(zheng)常工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。更(geng)換合適(shi)的(de)電(dian)容(rong)即(ji)可恢復其正(zheng)常工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。 



  二、數控機床抗(kang)干擾途(tu)徑(jing) 



  1、采(cai)用抗干(gan)擾的優質(zhi)電源 



  經驗表明由電源(yuan)引(yin)入的干(gan)擾(rao)是(shi)系統(tong)干(gan)擾(rao)的主(zhu)要來源(yuan),抗干(gan)擾(rao)性能(neng)好的優(you)質電源(yuan)是(shi)提高系統(tong)可靠性的關鍵。 



  2、阻(zu)斷噪聲干擾傳遞路徑 



  數(shu)控(kong)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)使用(yong)現場的電磁環境一般較為惡劣,特別(bie)是附近大型電氣(qi)設(she)備起動(dong)及停止時會在(zai)公用(yong)交流電網和(he)(he)控(kong)制回路上產生高頻瞬變噪(zao)聲(sheng)。這些噪(zao)聲(sheng)會通過數(shu)控(kong)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)的輸入電源(yuan)竄入系(xi)統(tong)(tong)內部(bu),因此必須采取濾波、隔(ge)離(li)、屏蔽和(he)(he)保(bao)護等措施將噪(zao)聲(sheng)阻斷在(zai)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)外部(bu)。 



  1)使用電源(yuan)濾波器抑制輸入電源(yuan)噪聲 



  電源(yuan)濾(lv)(lv)波(bo)(bo)器是抑制(zhi)電源(yuan)干擾(rao)的有力措施,目前市場上(shang)有各(ge)種型號規格的濾(lv)(lv)波(bo)(bo)器可供選擇(ze)。從抗干擾(rao)的角度(du)出發(fa),應(ying)驗證其(qi)插入衰減量是否達到要(yao)求(qiu)。另外,濾(lv)(lv)波(bo)(bo)器對噪聲的實際(ji)抑制(zhi)效(xiao)果還(huan)取決(jue)于(yu)使用方法(fa),應(ying)注意以下三(san)點: 



  a、濾波器要盡(jin)量靠(kao)近(jin)(jin)電源輸入插座安裝,進線(xian)(xian)和出線(xian)(xian)使用雙(shuang)絞線(xian)(xian)并靠(kao)近(jin)(jin)地電位布線(xian)(xian),二者一定要分開走(zou)線(xian)(xian),不能平行走(zou)線(xian)(xian),更不能捆(kun)扎在一起。 



  b、濾(lv)波器(qi)的(de)接地電阻應越小(xiao)越好,最好直接安裝(zhuang)在系(xi)統機(ji)殼(ke)上(shang)離(li)系(xi)統接地端子最近的(de)位置,這樣能更好的(de)抑制高頻共模噪(zao)聲。 



  c、數控系統內部(bu)的伺服(fu)電(dian)動機驅動器、外圍(wei)接口電(dian)路和計(ji)算機電(dian)路的電(dian)源可分(fen)別用3個濾(lv)波器供電(dian),這樣不僅能抑制(zhi)外部(bu)電(dian)源干擾(rao)(rao),還(huan)能抑制(zhi)各部(bu)分(fen)之間的相互干擾(rao)(rao)。 



  2)采用(yong)變比為1∶1的(de)隔離(li)變壓器進行隔離(li) 



  隔離變(bian)壓器是在它的(de)(de)初(chu)級繞(rao)組和次(ci)級繞(rao)組之(zhi)間加了一(yi)層屏(ping)蔽層,并將它和鐵芯一(yi)起接(jie)地,防止(zhi)干擾信號通過初(chu)次(ci)級之(zhi)間的(de)(de)電路進人直(zhi)流供(gong)電系統。它能有效地抑制由電網侵(qin)入的(de)(de)瞬態強脈沖(chong)干擾,使得直(zhi)流或低頻干擾信號不容(rong)易通過傳(chuan)導(dao)的(de)(de)方式形成感應(ying)噪聲。 



  3)將電源裝(zhuang)在(zai)金(jin)屬屏蔽盒內(nei),并與系(xi)統(tong)內(nei)其它部分盡量隔開安(an)裝(zhuang),可(ke)減少噪(zao)聲在(zai)系(xi)統(tong)內(nei)部的輻射干擾(rao)。 



  4)建立(li)掉電保護功能(neng) 



  工業電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網的供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)不穩定或(huo)者系(xi)統(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源的偶然(ran)故(gu)(gu)障,突然(ran)掉(diao)(diao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的事故(gu)(gu)是難免的。這就(jiu)要求(qiu)系(xi)統(tong)在發(fa)生掉(diao)(diao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)(shi)保護(hu)好現(xian)場(chang)的數據,待電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)恢復(fu)正常時(shi)(shi),便可(ke)從掉(diao)(diao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)處繼續執行程序。系(xi)統(tong)的掉(diao)(diao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保護(hu)方(fang)案可(ke)用帶掉(diao)(diao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保護(hu)的RAM(如FLASH)或(huo)可(ke)讀寫EEPROM等來保存系(xi)統(tong)掉(diao)(diao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)(shi)的現(xian)場(chang)數據及標(biao)志字。 



  3、抑(yi)制電源工(gong)作產生的噪音(yin) 



  1)抑(yi)制直流穩(wen)壓電源(yuan)噪(zao)聲 



  一部分(fen)數控系統(tong)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(+5V)是由(you)三端(duan)集(ji)成穩壓器構成的。電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)中有(you)TTL器件(jian)時(shi)(shi),其開(kai)關動(dong)作(zuo)時(shi)(shi)間為(wei)5~10ns,在(zai)瞬變電(dian)(dian)(dian)流和公共阻抗的作(zuo)用下(xia),直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)線(xian)上產(chan)生開(kai)關噪聲(sheng)(sheng)。使電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)的噪聲(sheng)(sheng)容(rong)(rong)限(xian)降低(di),導致邏輯(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)和微處理(li)器誤動(dong)作(zuo)。減小開(kai)關噪聲(sheng)(sheng)的有(you)效方法是在(zai)每(mei)個(ge)集(ji)成電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)端(duan)與接(jie)地端(duan)之間接(jie)入一個(ge)0.01~0.1μF的限(xian)噪鉭電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)或高頻無感濾波電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong),在(zai)設(she)計電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)板時(shi)(shi)應將此電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)安裝在(zai)該集(ji)成電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)輸(shu)入側并盡量(liang)縮短電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)的配(pei)線(xian)。 



  2)抑制開關電源的噪(zao)聲 



  目前,開關(guan)電(dian)源在數控(kong)系統中(zhong)得(de)到廣泛使用(yong)。但是(shi)開關(guan)電(dian)源的(de)噪聲大(da)、噪聲頻(pin)(pin)譜(pu)寬及高頻(pin)(pin)輻射干(gan)擾嚴重(zhong)。這些固有(you)的(de)缺點不能從根本上予以消除,只能使用(yong)隔離、濾(lv)波和屏蔽等(deng)措施來阻斷(duan)噪聲的(de)傳(chuan)輸(shu)。具(ju)體(ti)方法如(ru)下: 



  a.減小開關級(ji)晶體管與(yu)電源屏(ping)蔽(bi)殼之間的(de)耦合電容,以減少噪聲(sheng)的(de)產生; 



  b.用電(dian)感線圈將開關電(dian)源(yuan)機殼與數(shu)控系(xi)統外殼相連(lian),以減(jian)小(xiao)共模噪聲; 



  c.在交流(liu)電(dian)源(yuan)輸(shu)入(ru)端接入(ru)線路濾波(bo)器,不但能抑(yi)制共模噪(zao)(zao)聲(sheng)和串模噪(zao)(zao)聲(sheng)的產生(sheng),并(bing)且(qie)對外部電(dian)源(yuan)噪(zao)(zao)聲(sheng)也同樣(yang)有效。 



  d.開關(guan)電(dian)源有(you)多個負載時(shi),應采(cai)取(qu)將各(ge)(ge)負載電(dian)路在(zai)電(dian)源處就分開的(de)布(bu)線(xian)方法(fa),而不采(cai)用在(zai)離開開關(guan)電(dian)源一段距離后(hou)再接負載的(de)方法(fa)。按后(hou)者布(bu)線(xian)時(shi),分布(bu)電(dian)容使各(ge)(ge)負載的(de)線(xian)路不平衡,導致形成較大的(de)串模噪(zao)聲。另外,電(dian)源外殼與(yu)負載電(dian)路一點接地并且接地阻(zu)抗要盡可能小。開關(guan)電(dian)源到各(ge)(ge)個負載電(dian)路采(cai)用雙(shuang)絞線(xian)相連; 



  e.開關電(dian)源需要(yao)(yao)同時給(gei)大功率(lv)負載(zai)(zai)與(yu)小信號負載(zai)(zai)供電(dian),盡管它們的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)一致,也要(yao)(yao)分(fen)別(bie)用兩(liang)組(zu)獨(du)立的(de)開關電(dian)源來供電(dian),這(zhe)兩(liang)組(zu)電(dian)源的(de)地線要(yao)(yao)有公(gong)共連接點(dian),這(zhe)樣不(bu)會形(xing)成公(gong)共阻抗,防止(zhi)兩(liang)路負載(zai)(zai)之間相互影響(xiang)。 



  4、合理(li)接地與布線 



  系統(tong)(tong)中(zhong)直流(liu)電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)的工作地(di)(di)(di)應(ying)與(yu)系統(tong)(tong)中(zhong)繼電(dian)器(qi)、電(dian)磁閥及其驅動(dong)電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)所構成的功率(lv)地(di)(di)(di)分(fen)開(kai),兩者(zhe)不可混接(jie)。另外、接(jie)地(di)(di)(di)電(dian)纜應(ying)足夠(gou)粗,并且電(dian)阻(zu)要小。布電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)時,應(ying)使(shi)強電(dian)和弱電(dian)分(fen)開(kai),輸入線(xian)(xian)(xian)與(yu)輸出線(xian)(xian)(xian)分(fen)開(kai)。要根據電(dian)流(liu)的大小,盡量(liang)加(jia)粗導線(xian)(xian)(xian)的寬度,使(shi)電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)、地(di)(di)(di)線(xian)(xian)(xian)的走(zou)向與(yu)數據傳輸的方(fang)(fang)向一致。采取以上方(fang)(fang)法對(dui)數控系統(tong)(tong)電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)部分(fen)進行改(gai)進設(she)計(ji),有效地(di)(di)(di)消除(chu)了干擾的影響,增加(jia)了整個數控系統(tong)(tong)的可靠性。
